oh god I've never been more scared in my life, the guy was twice the size of me and apparently on some kind of drugs sicne he was totally freaked out when I caught him my apartments backyard.
so I stood there half naked with no kind of weapon against a guy who was walking towards me with his fist guard up about to attack me screaming "don't call the cops! I just want to get out!" (one can overstep the outergate from the outside but you can't get out again the same way)
So all I could do clam him down and say I would get the keys and unlock the gate from the outside.

and by the time I had walked around to unlock the gate, the apprently insane thief had found a way to get out, wile the nabours had called the police..
this is defently I would like to not relive again...
