Dang, time sure goes fast, or atleast I don't update my journal enough

but yea my New Zealand trip that ended 10 desember was a terrific trip, I saw alot, took a bunch of photos, relaxed and even tried bungy jump! I doubt I'll bother posting any photos from the trip here on DA eventhough there where some really good ones. Probably gonna post them on my facebook account intead
on a side not when I was visiting in New Zealand he drew me this Awesome drawing of my bandit bear Duncan Blackerwood this drawing actually redefined how i wanted to draw Duncan!

and suddenly Christmas has arrived, I even didn't get around to write a wish list of what I wish for. it's now 23 des and I still have three gifts left, ah crap I hate when this happen..
but despite that I'm really enjoying my vecation here home with my parents. gotten alot stuff drawn and I've actually started on my VERY FIRST TUTORIAL about!!
well that's secret but I can say that its related to the previous photomanipulated mercinary fox photo [link] and the awesome icon had drawn for me!
Currently I'm only halfway but I've made great progress recently so I think I should have it finished right after christmas^^

oh and don't expect anything christmas themed stuff from me Merry Christmas

yup I'm still in New Zealand and I'm having a great time relaxing and drawing here with Max
the last week havn't been much action but i don't mind really, since it's good to relax and have the time draw and do the things one want^^

I even gotten around on deleting and commenting on my previous 130 deviations in my messagecenter! wich is rahter neat having 0 deviations and only 23 messages ^^
so now I'm actually bored over the fact I don't have anything to comment on

but yea I'm in a great medival art mood, have alot more fantasy themed drawings instore waiting for a good time to post them (the recption on the two previous drawings didn't exactly blew me away...)

but yea I'll be heading back to Norway on the 10 desember^^

I just finished the newest Ratchet and Clank game a Crack in Time and I just felt like doing some quite thinking for a change..

I really loved how much more complex and serious the moral tone was in this newest Ratchet game. not to spoil anything, but it actually made me rather sad to watch it end that way. since I couldn't help thinking it could have ended so different. Wich again marks a good plot.
Darn I wish they could have made a full pixar movie about Ratchet and Clank! it would been a instant success

but what surpriced me though was how little there are of good ratchet and Clank fan art here on DA.- I searched for "Ratchet and Clank" on popular and boy there was not that much impressive stuff :/
heh not like I'm ever gonna get around to draw a fan art him though, no matter how much I'd like to

in other news I'm heading to New Zealand for a about 3 week vecation on the 18 nov til 10 desember visiting my friend there
just hope I'm not getting the swineflu in the meanvile before I get here, that would defently be my luck

as for art... well don't hold your breath for anything I might have promiced, I will be only AND ONLY working on the NZ giftie (crap should might not have mentioned that here in the journal incase I don't get around to draw it before I leave)

oh boy, where do I start when the last journal was over a month ago? well guess I'll star somewhere

5th Sep:
my Ps3 arrived in the mail! and with it Batman Arkam Asylum, wich proved to be a surpricingly good game

9-11th Sep:: THE artist of Black SAD, Juanjo Guarnido came to this years Bergens comic con! [link] this guy is perhaps the ONLY ARTIST I've ever really looked up to and worshipped, but no.. I didn't get in time for his first public apperance (luckly managed to get on his second one) But no.. I didn't get his signature all because I couldn't find the bLOODY QUE in time!!so yea that was a big disappointment...

15th Sep:: gave me this fun gift picture I'm afraid to admit that I actually havn't commented on this gift yet, I just can't find the words to comment on anyting these days.. Sorry Fang..

21th Sep:: after checking my savings I came to conlustion I could afford to live life atleast a little bit.. so I ordered myself a KA FAL [link] and a vest it has arrived but havn't gotten around to try it out yet.

23-5th Sep:: this weekend was Regncon, a gathering for roleplaying, board games, magic and all types of fun nerd stuff. and it was A BLAST to be there!

3th October: been feeling uneasy all day, just couldn't put my finger on what. Got alot of drawings to finsih today (especially a trade with and a commission for a guy on FA) but I just can't muster any enthusiasm to work on anyone of them. on the positive side I actually bought my self some sewing equipment today and sew my first red and black bandanna for my airsoft kit! I'll get around to take a photo of the kit sometime^^

but yea I read pretty fun comic called Accursed Dragon [link] when I sank into me, I'm NEVER gonna get around to draw any kind of comic.. why bother putting so much hope and energy into it then?
well I don't know anymore.. people are so little online for chatting that my inspiration has litterly vanished

ugh, I just completly lost all interrest in drawing and DA, well mostly just DA sicne I have been sketch quite abit of half finished sketches in the recent weeks but I just don't feel like posting anything here anymore..

I don't know why, I've just grown tired of everything these days.. I guess it has mostly to do with that work has been especially taxing on me these last weeks..
but in general, I just can't find the spark of joy of drawing anything.. meh and it annoyies the hell out of me
